What if I entered wrong shipping address?
Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing order. Once item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for package. We are unable to refund or replace stolen, lost in transit, or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will incur a re-shipping fee.
How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.
Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.
When will I receive my items after I place an order?
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method used. If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, we will work on the issue until there is a positive solution.
Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?
We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate varies based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our goal is always fast and secure delivery of items to our customers.
How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email including your tracking number to your registered email address.
If Customs duties are incurred, who is responsible for them?
Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. KEADSWORLD does not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
How can I return purchased items to KEADSWORLD?
At KEADSWORLD customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping.
Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size chart. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange only for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order.
When will my Shèdá bag/accesssories ship?
Because our pieces are carefully made-to-order by hand, one bead at a time and least 1700 beads is used per bag. Shipping can be between two to four weeks after confirming your purchase. However, we sometimes have some items already in stock and the items would ship within one to two business days. If you need your bag sooner, please contact us and we will gladly accommodate your request if possible.
Can you gift wrap my Shèdá bag/accessories order?
Yes we can and this service is free of charge. Kindly indicate this in the note when placing your order.
