Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within ten days of receiving it for both local and international orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. You will not be eligible for a return if the items are not with their original tags or are with a damaged tag. Fill out the return form on this website to notify us of your return.

Refunds

To return your item, please fill the return form on this website

When your return is received, it will be checked and inspected. A notification email will be sent stating the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, your account /card will be credited within five business days.

Exchanges

This is possible for damaged, defective or colour mismatch merchandise. If you want an exchange, notify us on sales@keadsworld.com. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

Clients will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the initial shipping costs are also not refundable. We advise that you use a trackable/insured shipping for orders over $100 to cover the risk in case of a misplaced parcel and to guarantee that we receive your return. Keads World can not be held liable for the loss of items being returned.
