Merchandise must be returned within seven days of receiving it for store credit/exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. You will not be eligible for a store credit if the items are not with their original tags or are with a damaged tag. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

When your return is received, it will be checked and inspected. A notification email will be sent stating the approval or rejection of the return. The approval/rejection would be based on the condition of the item when received. If the item is in its original condition with tags unworn, your return would be approved for a store credit. If otherwise, your return would not be approved. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged
Clients will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that the initial shipping costs are also not refundable. We advise that you use a trackable/insured shipping for orders over $100 to cover the risk in case of a misplaced parcel and to guarantee that we receive your return. Keadsworld cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned.
